Maddie Warren

Secretary

Maddie is Dr Kostner’s secretary for Cholesterol Care Australia, and the happy voice you’ll hear when calling us! After completing her Certificate IV in Health Administration at TAFE in 2019, she worked in a busy GP and acute care practice, before venturing into specialist administration. Maddie worked in Dr Kostner’s previous group private practice clinic for three years as his secretary, before joining him at Cholesterol Care Australia in September 2022. 

Maddie has a passion for healthcare, having worked in pharmacy previously, and is always interested in learning about new therapies and trials available for patients. She enjoys all aspects of patient care, including facilitating appointments for patients, organising tests, procedures and investigations, as well as meeting with patients and helping them through their health journeys.

Maddie thoroughly enjoys managing Dr Kostner’s private practice clinic and liasing with his support teams at the Mater Public Hospital, Gold Coast Heart & Specialist Centre, as well as Heart of Australia.
